Over the weekend, I was experiencing massively unbearable tooth pain. I figured I wouldn't be able to even speak to a dentist until Monday morning, but as desperate as I was, I tried calling Dr. Wallace. Not only was I able to speak with her on a Sunday morning, but after explaining the massive amount of pain I was in, she was able to make me an appointment for 8am Monday morning. (Even with me being a new patient.) Upon arrival, it was obvious she was already booked up for that morning, but was still gladly willing to squeeze me in, understanding my desperation. Both her and her staff were by far the nicest, most accomodating people I've ever encountered. Even with ending up having a root canal performed, it was still easily a very pleasant experience, knowing I was in good hands. Everyone, from reception, to billing, to the assistant, and the actual doctor herself, were very genuine caring people. I've never been more pleased with a dental visit. She is STRONGLY recommended.
