Receptionists were short on the phone and at the front desk. I began treatments in August 2007. I had several fillings, crowns, bridge done over several months.
I did not experience much pain with procedures, the reason I continued with this office.
I am disappointed with the bridge as there is a slight gap between bridge and next tooth. The teeth do not look uniform, feel rough in spots, bridge is pressure sensitive.
One crown is very large, tight, is difficult to floss, sometimes makes other teeth ache. When placing this crown, the Dentist forced it into my mouth. I felt a cracking sound, felt pain and asked him if my other tooth had cracked. He replied "No, it just snapped into place." Funny, I was scheduled for another crown, which was not on the original plan. I cancelled this appt.
One filling is deep, food gets stuck in it, done by tech, not dentist.
The printouts are impossible to read, the front desk did not explain charges well. Now the SHPS flexible spending acct. co. is questioning some of the charges, treatments as possibly ineligible. Total charges $3300.
This dentist is difficult to talk to, and I do not recommend going to him.
Watch for new post after appt. with new dentist for assessment.
