For my first appointment I was called the evening before and rescheduled for 2 weeks from that date. No problem. Those things happened. Then 2 weeks later I was called before the night before my rescheduled appointment and cancelled AGAIN and rescheduled AGAIN for 3 weeks later. The third time I made it in for a mediocre cleaning where floss was not even used. I had an appointment to come back and have a filling completed for my first cavity and was called the night before that so they could cancel the appointment yet again and postpone me for 2 more weeks. This time they gave me a reason that the Dr. had to "be at a seminar". Don't you think they might have known that before the night before? If I ran my business that way I'd be living on the streets.
About Hygienist: She was polite enough, but very brief and not at all thorough. I'm finding another dentist to take care of the filling.
