I have had regular checkups, an occasional filling and one time I had a chippped tooth. Dr Waltrip has always been pleasant and never pushy to do procedures that don't need to be done. I am not a great patient at the dentist office, but I feel a little calmer with Dr Waltrip. My kids see her too and they really like her as well.

Aftercare following the extraction of my right front tooth was non-existant. I was not offered a follow-up appointment or offered prescription pain relief medication or antibiotics. I had to ask for a follow-up care instruction sheet twice from the dental assistant. The office never called to see how the extraction wound was healing (now 10 days post extraction).
During the extraction, the dentist, Dr. Julie Waltrip, broke the crown on my other front tooth. She never apologized. Once the tooth was out, I never saw her again. All follow up work was done by a young dental assistant.
Dr. Waltrip never checked to see how the temporary replacement crown made by the dental assistant fit on the left front tooth. Dr. Waltrip never looked to see how a temporary clear retainer, made by the dental asst, containing the broken right tooth and designed to hide the gap of my missing tooth fit. The dental asst glued the broken right front tooth into the retainer twice and it still came out.
The only positive experience with this office was the receptionist who was helpful to me in making the appointments with this dentist.
I would not return to this office and have since gone to another dentist to continue treatment.

I received my dental veneers from Dr. Waltrip. I had flouride stained teeth from the water I drank in West Texas and was always unsatisfied with the look of my front teeth. Dr. Waltrip did a fantastic job and the results are perfect. I trust her with my whole family! You will be just as pleased!
