I have been to several dentists and have had some bad experiences with dentists in the recent past but Dr Holly has totally helped me overcome any of the issues that I have had. His office is such a great office that I even take my kids there and they love it as well. To numb you up, he uses the new technology called "The Wand" it is a computer aided numbing device instead of the painful manual way as before. Even with a couple of tough tooth removals, I never spent more than 45 to 60 min in the office except to chat. The whole office staff is so nice and genuine. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone. He never belittles you if you have neglected your teeth in the past. He comes up with a game plan and talks about it with you. He doesn't say.. this is what we are going to do. He educates his patients and I believe he truly cares for everyone that comes to his office. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now instead of totally dreading it.

About Hygienist: All the Hygienists that work for Dr Holly are awesome. Even the office manager / front desk helps out with assisting. They are so family oriented. They pay attention to the little details and even remember my kids names before they were even patients there.

I became a patient of Dr. Holly’s after he purchased his practice here in Bend a year and a half ago. I have been extremely pleased with every visit. Dr. Holly is always pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I was most recently impressed during my last visit. He set aside an hour to talk to me, assess my options, and give me his honest opinions on what would be best and the most affordable to meet my needs. He is clearly always interested in his patients’ dental health and takes the time necessary to complete a thorough exam and answer questions with a smile and a sense of humor.
Also, his team is always warm, caring, and friendly which certainly makes the experience of going to the dentist a pleasant one. After living all over the country and trying multiple dentists, I have yet to find anyone as honest and compassionate as Dr. Holly. I highly recommend Dr. Holly and his team for all of your dental needs!

I went to Dr. Holly when I was visiting in Bend and a crown had come off. Dr. Holly recemented the crown but the crown came off a month later. His office never responded to my phone calls.
Dr. Holly also tried to upsell me a few unnecessary treatments that simply came off as bad sales techniques and made me question his integrity. When the crown came off a month after he recemented it, it made me question his skill and knowledge level as a dentist.
I'm about to file a complaint with the Oregon Dental Board so others can be aware of the dentist's apparent lack of skills and ethics.

Dr.Holly's practice is extremely well-run: Office clean, beautifully appointed, office manager, Aundra, is very knowledgeable and efficient, keeping us apprised on our appts, insurance & costs. Dr.Holly is honest, thorough, extremely gentle and pain-free! His work is excellent, beautiful, and all done with a great sense of humor....my husband and I both look forward to our visits! I have recommended Dr.Holly to friends, and will continue to do so. Best dental experience ever.
About Hygienist: Bresia is an excellent hygienist......she is thorough and gentle, and includes the best education along with my cleanings. It is always a very positive experience!

Dr. Holly worked on a back tooth that was broken. He was excellent. He was very gentle with me and acknowledged my high level of stress for having dential work done. I would highly recommend him to any adult or child.

I just have to say that Dr. Holly is an amazing dentist. I am afraid of dentists in general, but Dr. Holly put me at ease, first with just regular dentist trips, and then he attempted a root canal. The problem with it was not his, it was mine - I kept feeling pain, despite all the numbing in the world. Dr. Holly referred me to an endodontist and was so careful to follow up with me, even when I called him during non business hours, to make sure I was okay. He oversaw my treatment and did a beautiful crown for me, and then on a failed root canal from years prior, he recommended an oral surgeon who would perform an extraction while being gentle with me and kind. Dr. Holly knew what kind of person I needed and was able to refer me to a good fit every time, because he takes the time to get to know his patients. If you're looking for a dentists office with all the creature comforts to keep you distracted, from the gourmet coffee and cookies to the direct TV on flatscreens in every room, their office will not disappoint, and for advanced medical care, their staff won't either. I will say they're not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and they're the best. The value is amazing.

Dr Holly is professional, skilled, honest, kind and funny. At my first visit, after a cleaning, he made it very clear to me that I needed 2 crowns, especially on tooth 31. Thinking that I would wait a bit ( as I had no dental insurance) I didn't schdule an appointment. To make a long and painful story short, I ended up with an implant where tooth 31 used to be...
which was MUCH more expensive than a crown. Now, I listen to Dr Holly! The work he has done on my teeth has been superb-- no followup visits for crowns that don't fit quite right. Everyone who works in his office is just wonderful.

I was considering changing dentists because of the expense here, but then I had a toothache on a Friday afternoon. Not only did they wait for me, the time spent was very enjoyable, since Dr. Holly and his assistant (sorry I'm forgetting her name) had such great senses of humor that the time flew by. He is also VERY careful about anesthesia, making absolutely sure I couldn't even feel a twinge in the cracked tooth before he started working. And I have to also mention, though this will embarrass him: he is absolutely adorable!
About Hygienist: My regular hygienist is Sally and she is terrific. I never feel like she's rushing and she explains everything she does. She also presents lots of options and tells the cost of each before she continues. Wonderful!
