My family has gone to Dr. Pai for dental care since I was little. Before we went to Dr. Pai's office, my parents tried several other dentists. My mom insists that Dr. Pai was the most gentle dentist for working with kids. It's hard to find a dentist that you can trust and who is competent...and her prices can't be beat. We have been very satisfied with Dr. Pai and I highly recommend her.
About Front Desk: Front desk staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Scheduling appointments is very easy.

I visited Dr Pai and Dr Desai's facility for my family's dental needs. The first impression I got from the facility was so good that I felt homely. Especially the staff are so courteous that my daughters are happy to visit the facility all the time. Unlike any other dental facilities I visited Dr Pai facility was the best for all my needs. Dr Pai fixed a bridge for me and did root canals for two tooth. I am so impressed by their equipment and their maintenance of the facility. My kids are no more worried about a dentist any more. The uniqueness about this facility is that I am explained my treatment options well inadvance and gave a good follow-up plans too.

Teeth cleaning, Teeth filing and Crowns with Dr Pai. It has been good. In my opinion, the facility is clean, friendly Staff and Insurance claims went through fine every time. I was recommended to Dr Pai from my collegue who had been her patient for few years.

This dentist and her partner Dr. Desai are terrible. My family has had to have 1000s of dollars of work done to repair the poor dentistry we received at their office. Cavities under fillings, faulty sealants, and my 7 year old had 2 extractions, 4 crowns, 2 fillings. We are filing a complaint against their practice.
About Hygienist: Apparently inexperienced. Very brief cleaning.
