During my consultation I agreed to have veneers put on my teeth. Imagine my horror when I looked in the mirror and saw he had completely filed down my teeth to nubs to put on caps! What a nightmare! My results are OK, but I did not agree to caps. I had good teeth and only wanted veneers. Please be careful!

We started going to this dentist after moving from Arizona. The customer service in this office leaves much to be desired. There is no greeting or acknowledgment that you have walked into their office. The cleanings are not thorough and you don't feel like you have even had your teeth cleaned. They want to put the top of the line treatments in your mouth that insurance won't cover so they bill it to the iinsurance company as another procedure that they will cover. Ends up costing us much much more than doing standard treatment.
Didn't know this was legal. The staff is VERY slow at getting xrays sent to oral surgeons or other dental providers. Took many many phone calls to get fixed. They lose records.
About Hygienist: She was new and rather friendly. She spent alot of time doing a camera probe in my mouth. The cleaning was not thorough and I didn't even feel like I had my teeth cleaned.
