It is my pleasure to eulogize the success that I had with finding a dentist that meets all my needs in a coherent manner. Through my experience in being a patient in Dr. Reyzelman's office, I learned that Dr. Reyzelman and her staff are a welcoming people who make your regular appointment as comfotable as possible. Dr. Reyzelman's work is accurate and she strives to do the best so that I can leave the office satisfied. Sometimes procedures may hurt a little bit, but that will be found in every office. Overall, I would say this is a positive experience and I recommend anyone who needs a GOOD dentist to indeed try this office.

About Hygienist: Elena is the current hygienist in this dental office. On my first visit, I met her and she treated me with the respect a patient deserves and I was highly satisfied with her work on my teeth. She offered me helpful advice on how to maintain healthy teeth. For example, she offered sensodyne toothpaste since she realized I was very sensitive. I use it currently and my teeth dont hurt as much when I clean them.

Dr. Reyzelman has been my dentist for about 5 years. She and her staff are terrific. They are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They listen to each of your concerns, and take their time with each patient. I love not having to wait more than 5 minutes for an appointment. I had a bad fear dentists, due to a lifetime of mismanaged treatments from almost every dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Reyzelman and her staff are very supportive, and take every step to ensure that my nervousness is minimized. She is very detail-oriented, and has the latest in equipment and technology. What used to be a terrible ordeal for me has become relatively routine and completely pain-free (a big deal for me!). I cannot recommend her or her staff highly enough.

She has an extremely rude and incompetant receptionist who basically blamed ME when the dentist was more than 35 minutes late for my appointment (I arrived 5 minutes early). I just need a basic cleaning and checkup as I had just moved to NYC 4 months ago and Dr. Reyzelman's office was close to my workplace. The cleaning was poorly done and Dr. Reyzelman inspected my teethand told me I had five cavities. I though this was suspicious as I had a dental appointment 6 months ago and was given a clean bill of health and complimented on my brushing skills. I went to another dentist 6 moths after my appointment with Irina Reyzelman and had a cavity free check up. Not sure what made those "cavties" disappear..

About Hygienist: Eleana? is the name of the hygeinist. She obviously has no idea how to clean teeth. She managed to scrape a lot of skin off my gums, but left all the plaque and tartar on my teeth. I guess I should be thankful how brief the cleaning was. I use the word cleaning loosely, as my teeth were definitely not much cleaner. My gums were much bloodier though!
