I have visited Dr. Ghaly's office twice now. I switched to his practive (on the recommendation of a good friend who had been going to him for years) as I had been looking for a Dentist closer to home.
All of the staff are personable, respectful, professional and competent. I recieved an excellent cleaning and am, at the time of writing in the midst of my first invasive proceedure - an emergency crown - which has been relatively painless given the nature of the proceedure.
Dr. Ghaly is himself personable and - by my experience thus far - excellent at what he does.
Of particular appeal for me was:
- the setting - a tastefully restored older house in a quasi - residential area at the center of Westborough
- the environment - no TV's blaring at you from every corner of the office (as had been my experience at another office)
- the approach. No heavy sales regarding all of the proceedures that you may or may not need to have done - whitening, replacement fillings, other? - although all of these services are available and excellent counsel is given regarding the status of ones teeth.
