This doctor is very rude and chooses his patients. He may tell you not to come to his office again in person because he does not like you. Not very professional.
About Front Desk: Not very helpful.

I meet the dr. fang to remove my wisdom teeth and he explained me everything very good and he takes his time and I don't feel that he was rushed. He is very compassionate and caring. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Fang and would not recommend him. He did a root apicoectomy on my tooth #14 (a molar), which is the removal of a root tip via an endodontic surgical procedure. The procedure as he performed it was quite painful and Dr. Fang was not at all compassionate. The procedure failed within a month, leaving me in continuing pain. Contrary to his stated office policy, he would not retreat or even look at the tooth again. I have been forced to have the treatment repeated elsewhere.
I have had oral surgery before and I know it does not need to be this painful, nor does the surgeon need to be as rude and generally unpleasant as both Dr. Fang and his staff were. I also had to have this procedure re-done, meaning I had to pay for it twice. As Dr. Fang's cost exceeded $900, this was indeed a very expensive and unpleasant experience.
I do NOT recommend Dr. Fang!

I'm 19 years old and I went to Dr. Fang to have 4 wisdom teeth removed. I opted not to have general anesthesia, so I received laughing gas and local anesthesia instead. The procedure itself seemed to go very smoothly and Dr. Fang consistently checked if I was comfortable throughout the process. The office staff gave me clear instructions on how to care for my stitches at home so I wouldn't have to worry about it.
