He's the absolute best and his staff are so friendly. His prices are reasonable, and his work is excellent ! He' also charming and funny, what more could you ask for ???

About Hygienist: Michelle ROCKS ! She's funny and cleans my teeth better than anyone ever has ! I highly recommend her !

I am petrified of going to the dentist and put it off for many years. However, Dr Penn and his staff were wonderful!! I do not dread going to the dentist any longer and i have referred all of my friends and family!
