Dr Bakhtamian is very professional and kind, however, his staff are very disrespectful. The 2 receptionist that sit in front are arrogant and would never give you any explanation about the cost if you dont ask. They also are not willing to help you if they see you are in pain. They are cold with clients and always give appointment weeks from the day while the procedure requires quick follow up.
You also have to pay for the parking $2 at each visit and no validation!
About Hygienist: The hygenist also is not very professional and love to do things in her own way.Dbe surprised if she tell you you have a severe gum disease, relax, it's no big deal she just wanna charge you $$$ for her useless medication and scare you to death from the disease otherwise.

Dr. Bakhtamian is one of the best and most professional dentists I have ever been to. He has a great staff. He has performed several procedures on me, including dental veneers. His injections are absolutely painless. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
