Dr. Shih Wang is on both MetLife Dental and Delta Dental lists for endodontists. The facility is clean and organized but not very up-to-date, he is nice and friendly but what causes for alarm is his technique for root canal procedure - it is outdated! He did 2 root canals and blocked my third canal and suggested that I might need oral surgery for the 3rd canal. Even my primary was shocked as his shoddy work. I had to go to another endodontist (out of network but Boston Endodontist is the best - see my entry for Dr. Gabe). Not only did Dr. Wang block my 3rd canal, he also missed my 4th canal. He also left space on one of the canals that he did; the other canal was not properly finished. Dr. Gabe re-did everything and found 4th canal - all done within 45-60 min (no surgery was even needed) - I saw Dr. Wang 3 times. All I can say is, if you go seen Dr. Shih Wang (Belmont and Everett, MA), go at your own risk.
