I had a few fillings replaced by Dr. Cates. It was painfree and fast. She was very nice and comforting and was able to keep me feeling calm. I did not feel nervous or apprehensive in the least bit.

Dr. Cates does NOT give her patients the attention they deserve. She shuffles between 3 patients at the same time. The facility is so tight that the x-ray machine barely fits. She is so sure of herself that her head swells. She did 2 very minor fillings for me that did not solve the problem but actually cause a problem (ie. pain, agony and extra expense) which I did not have before. 4 months later and I'm still trying to find the cause of the pain and teeth shifting issue I have. Good luck if you decide to go to Midtown Dental.
About Hygienist: Christina is very nice and does a great job of cleaning teeth. She does however spend too much time looking at the computer for IM while putting a metal object between your teeth. The office is so incompetant that they can't get your name right or bill the insurance company for the correct amounts. Not to mention they charge you for followup visits in which they do nothing for you.
