Dr. Powers essentially misrepresented herself assuring a great service and results for My Invisilign treatment. Once she received my payment, the service and interaction became increasingly derogative, patronizing (treats everyone like children), unprofessional. I was treated by other doctors she brought in to her practice without giving me adequate notice. When I questioned her case handling and referred to the problems I have been having with my chewing and jaw alignment, she got very worried about her misdiagnosis and mistreatment and basically stopped treating me without any further notice. Upon contacted by my legal representative, she issued me a full refund but refused to hand over my trays to a new doctor potentially causing me a 8 month delay and disruption in my treatment. Upon my complaints to Local Police, She yielded very quickly and transferred my trays to a new doctor.
