Dr Pacheco and her staff and excellent! My children love going to the dentist. We've had extensive work done on our children at her office and it has always been a pleasant experience for our girls. The staff is excellent at jumping the hoops of our insurance, even through insurance changes mid-treatment and dealing with referrals. Even without insurance I would bring my children to Dr. Pacheco!

The area, facility and technology is outstanding but the staff and dentist isn't friendly. Since my child's first appt; the doc. probably spoke no more than 10 words to me. She didn't even introduce herself. I'm not the best mother but they really made me feel awful for not "setting good habits." Yes, I understand the concern but it's the fact that they made me feel as if I was the worst mother on earth. One of gals were really unpatient w/my child since he has a sensitive gag reflux. If I had any guts; I would of taken my son and walked out. Dr. actually suggested I try to find another pediatric dentist while I wait for her next opening (which is 3-4 months out). If I could find another pediatric dentist who could squeeze us before her appt then to call and cancel her appt. They also advised that I take my child back to their office so Dr. Pacheco could check/verify the dental work! I waited 5 months for the first appointment and then would have to wait another 3-4 months for the treatment appt for my child!!!! Can't believe it takes almost a year for examination and treatment. I would not recommend this office. They are busy and short staffed which is bad customer service.
