I have had an enormous amount of work done by Dr Bernstein. He is a perfectionist and cares about his patients and their satisfaction with his work. His work is impeccable, my teeth and smile look amazing. You get what you pay for, I know, i had seen several doctors before seeing Dr .Bernstein. An experience that could easily be stressful and painful is easy and comfortable with the best results.

He is only concerned with the money; didn't even tell me my brother needed fillings. Shuffled him in like cattle, branded him, and sent him out! I would not recommend him to ANYONE! Hole in the wall practice in the basement and his drama queen receptionist has much to be desired as well! She needs customer etiquette classes!!!!
About Front Desk: The front desk receptionist was a drama queen and she needs to learn how to speak to people; perhaps take a few etiquette classes. If the customer is rude, she should not reciprocate with rudeness. It's no wonder though because her boss has no personality!!!!

first off i have always had a fear of the dentist and am completely intolerant of pain in this regards. Dr. Bernstein was like the gentle giant. he was considerate when administering needles and i felt absolute minimum discomfort. his staff is extra polite and i always feel like an esteemed guest when i come there. He did two crowns for me and they fit beautifully. my smile is brighter then ever. i would recommend him to anyone especially people who are more sensitive to pain
