I just can't believe that anybody would say anything negative. The staff is very courteous and professional to me always. Could be somebody was having a bad day. I like everything about that office and the calm way it makes me feel.

Dr. Vala and his office staff were the best I've ever experienced. I've always been afraid of the dentist and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my proceedure. I plan to use Dr Vala for all my family dental needs.

About Front Desk: The front office staff was very accomdating, I needed to change my appointment several times and they gladly moved their schedule to meet my needs. Thanks for the help.

My entire family have been patients of Dr. Vala; and when my adult daughters return to Cleveland for a visit, they try to make an appointment with Dr. Vala -- for his quality service.

The doctor and his staff are awesome.My kids go to him and we could not be happier. My kids don't mind going to the dentist because they like the doctor and his staff. I would recommend this office to everyone.

About Hygienist: The hygienists are wonderful also. They are very nice and helpful and the kids feel very comfortable with them as well.

I love Dr. Vala and his staff. His office is very family orientated and comfortable. He's a great, patient and concerned dentist. I've never had any problems with his work or his staff. They are very timely with their scheduling, which is wonderful in cases of emergencies. Our whole family goes to him.

Rudest office staff ever. Very short and curt, I was very anxious and they treated me as if I was an idiot and my concerns were not valid. If the Doctor knew how I was treated he would/should be appalled; how could anyone let their staff treat people in that manner. NEVER EVER go here.

On the recommendation of a co-worker, I went to see Dr. Vala after having an unfavorable experience with a previous dentist and I needed to have a cavity fixed. I'm already a very fearful patient (not of the doc so much as the pain) but both the hygienist and Dr. Vala were very nice and put my mind at ease. He was also very informative about other concerns I had (TMJ, Tooth Sensitivity, Grinding) and gave what I felt was appropriate advice. He's not the sort of doctor to do unnecessary work and gives you options of what treatments to provide. He also has a certain sarcastic wit about him, which I found refreshing (my kind of humor)! Facilities were probably the cleanest I've ever seen and the decor looked very Spa-like. Equipment is top-notch. I'm sending my husband to him since he needs to visit the dentist, too. I haven't gotten any bill yet, so I cannot comment on affordability just now.

About Hygienist: Ashley the hygienist was very nice and informative (also dispelled some of my own beliefs about plaque that I had wrongly assumed). Didn't feel any pain or "gum picking" during the cleaning and did a very thorough job.

I know this doctor: 1 day, so far.
