I was under the belief that expensive crowns were done because they were almost permanent fixes over less expensive restorations (fillings). Barely a year after getting multiple crowns, almost all are less than satisfactory. Bare edges that trap food, exposed real tooth, etc. Very unsatisfied considering the thousands that I spent.
Customer service was good until they charged me a cancellation fee when I called in a week in advance! And I was a regular ongoing customer.

Great customer service. Nice people but unfortunately I had pain due to decay on a tooth Dr. Narducci had done a root canal only 3 years before. My new dentist said it was done improperly and should have lasted many more years causing me a lot of money, pain and waste of time.
