Dr. Black is very serious about his work. He is a sole practitioner so the office is very small and his wife works part-time as receptionist. I think he cleans well though probably not exceptional. My biggest complaint is that he tries to get you to accept treatments other than the routine 6 month cleaning. Some are probably a good idea but I definitely question his motive about some other treatments. All in all, if you want to find a dentist that cleans well and don't care about much else then I would recommend him. You can usually get an appointment with him within 2 to 3 weeks. He's never made me wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment. I'm not sure about cost since I used Delta Dental premiere.
