I drivev2 hours to have him do my dental work. I felt totally comfortable with him. He and his staff Gave wonderful care. I particularly like how he is informative telling you what he is doing. He also is great at listening to me the patient if need to stop for a second . The teeth are great and love the new look and smile ! Wish I did it years ago..

About Hygienist: Dr Shortell has an awesome staff. The are defiantly top shelf and are great . Plus they are happy not crabby or unfriendly. They create a inviting atmosphere despite being at the dentist

Dr. Shortell is the best dentist!! He makes you feel very comfortable. He's professional and kind. I would highly recommend him and his office! He's even willing to come in on the weekend and/or early for emergencies.

Dr. Shortell really took care of me when I needed my four wisdom teeth extracted & periodontal surgery. It was a long procedure but I haven’t had any trouble since that day. Thank you for your care and great work. Catherine J.

I went to Dr. Shortell as a child, now I take my 2 children, and husband there. ALL of my family is now with his practice and everyone has been so pleased with the office, staff, and Dr. Shortell himself! We can not say enough about how happy we are with this practice!!

About Front Desk: They always go out of there way to help with my insurance, and answer any questions I have! They are very nice and polite!

Dr. Tom is great. The staff is very nice and super thorough. When my insurance changed I had to switch dentists but I was so disappointed in the new person, I returned to Shortell and pay out of pocket.

Bad bad people. I've been with this dentist for more than 7 years and I never really checked my bills each time they sent me I just paid it off. Last three bills I got I was suspicious and checked with my insurance, this dentist office didn't submit the claim and tried to make me pay full! How many times in my life I have missed it then. I think they are running a scam. Shame on you Dr. Thomas, I really like the way you treat my dental problem but scamming people like this is not cool, dude!
