I had to get a tooth extraction done. I called and made an appointment with Dr. Simon. The procedure was hard because my tooth was decaying. I was treated extremely well by everyone. I even received a call by the Dr. to checkup on how I was doing after the procedure. Everyone was so helpful and nice. I would recommend everyone I know to Dr. Simon.

This is an incredible family focused practice. Dr. Simon is extremely knowledgeable, I trust him completely and he and his staff treat me like family. Longest wait time to get an appt. is usually a few days, unless it's an emergency, in which case he has always seen me immediately(even once on a Sunday!). I would never go anywhere else.

Pros -
Dr Simon's "Family Dentistry" is a great place for dental care with close proximity for Buffalo Grove and Wheeling residents. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful to get you started and provide a very friendly experience on each visit. They are also very meticulous in following up for scheduling appointments and sending reminders for the same.
The procedures are carried out keeping patients comfort in mind. They would make you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed before even starting off with any check-ups. They have these great televisions near the ceiling to keep you entertained (I would say to keep your mind off any discomfort as they work on your teeth). The cleaning, root planning and x-ray process is completed quickly and most effectively keeping patients comfort in mind.
They would work with your insurance to try and accommodate most feasible options with respect to claims. They will also work with you to get you appointments that help you utilize maximum insurance benefits.
Cons -
I found them a bit more expensive that other dentists.
What I disliked most is that they would try to push hard and recommend treatment based on what is covered by insurance as opposed to what is actually needed.
