I recently had a crown, that was done by another dentist in Charlotte, break and came in to Dr. Ghorshi's office after he was referred by a friend. The extent of the damage to the underlying tooth structure made for a number of choices to be made. Dr. Ghorshi was thorough in his explanations of the various options that I had and gave me pros and cons of each of the options.
I ended up deciding to have the tooth extracted and have a bridge procedure done. Typically I get anxious when going in for a major repair and this time was no different. However, what was different, was how the staff and the Dr. made me feel at ease and checked with me regularly throughout the procedure to ensure that I was comfortable.
What inspired me to write a review was not just the exemplary service that I received, but the follow up phone call that was made by Dr. Ghorshi personally the following day to check in on how I was doing after the procedure. This type of client service and care is hard to find. I'm so happy that I found this dental practice and will be referring all of my friends.
About Front Desk: The front desk was excellent. They worked with me to create a payment plan that was within my budget, as this was an unexpected emergency treatment, and were prompt with getting new appointments scheduled and confirmed.

About Hygienist: I do not remember the name of the assistant that worked alongside Dr. Ghorshi, but she was great.

I have never in my entire life, walked into an office and had to wait to fill out my papers because the front desk girl was to busy talking on her cell phone, then after my exam, I find out I have 8 potential cavities? I have never had a cavity my whole adult life. Went to Dr. Patel for a second opinion, who did not charge me a dime, not even for the consult! Even though I had my X-rays, they re did my X-rays and I have NO potential cavities! Dr. Ghorshis office is out to fill their pockets, tried to talk me into staying to get one of those "potential" cavities filled just because they had time!

he is very polite and nice but he does NOT have enough experience after few month come and go, wasting my time and money he did awful job, he needs to learn his job is not just a business he is playing with peoples health.

Dr. Ghorshi will appear to be friendly but don't let him anywhere near your teeth! A bad filling can cause a lot of expensive damage to your mouth, as well as a lot of pain.
