HI
MY name is Barry I am a Executive Pastry Chef.
I have been in the Culinary World for 30yrs and consider it a great art form. I also consider the final results of Dr. Peper's dental work on me over the past 2yrs. An Art Form. He has done gum surgery that saved teeth and the ultimate smile he would create for me was done with a pride and a desire to give me a smile I would be proud of. He accomplished this with great care,
constructing a new smile for me the way I create a great dessert.
He knew that it meant a great deal to me to have a smile that look natural, an investment I promised myself for 20 years. All of which my smile was an issue for me-not a good one. I smile now with a great sense of ease, naturally because I know my smile is
great because it always brings a smile back to me from those
people that I smile with, that is the mark of a great restoration. It was like taking a fixer upper and transforming it into a wonderful
looking home. I promised myself I would one day have a great smile, and now I do thanks to Dr. Pepers patience , caring
and a quality I share as a Pastry Chef ,a desire for the best art form I can deliver. Thanks Doc, you did deliver my wish for a great smile and great dental health.

Worst dentist offer ever. Constant issues with billing, scheduling etc... They decided to go on vacation when I had an appointment and didn't even tell me. It took them 8 months to bill our insurance for my husband even though we had a cleaning no teh same night. The only thing redeming about this office is the dental hygenist. She's at least nice. DO NOT GO HERE

He failed to properly perform a root canal on me and a qualified endodontist had to fix his mistakes--failure to clean and fill an entire canal, thus allowing bacteria to reside until redone. Further, when I had problems with that same tooth 3 years post root canal, he told me it was because I was grinding my teeth and merely adjusted my bite. When the problem ended up being the need for another root canal, he was not available via his emergency number on a Friday. I ultimately sought pain relief at a hospital emergency room until I could get into an endodontist on Monday morning.

Dr. Peper took over the dental practice where I had been going for nearly 9 years. Since that time, billing insurance has been difficult - I often have to call multiple times to get bills submitted. He recently tried to correct a cracked tooth by replacing a filling. The tooth got infected and I had to have a root canal (which he also did). I was still in a significant amount of pain weeks after the procedure, and all he would do to correct it is adjust the bite. I finally went to an endodontist who advised me that not only had Dr. Peper missed an entire canal, but the canals he did fill were grossly overextended into my jaw - both of which contributed to the pain. My husband has been in pain for months since Dr. Peper replaced one of his fillings but refuses to go back to get it corrected because of my experience. Overall, I have been disappointed with the quality of service received in the year that he has run this practice.
