Wonderful doctor and staff. My tooth implants Dr. Shih placed has last for more than 7 years. It looked and used like my natural teeth. The cosmetic work he did for me is satisfatory, too. Dr. Shih is a subtle and gentle dentist. His price is reasonable compared with other dentists I knew and the workmanship quality I received.

Atmosphere and Setting:
They have very modern equipment in this office as well as a nice open layout. It is not claustrophobic at all. Everything is sanitary and neatly organized. The decor with in the waiting room is calm and peaceful. If you are waiting for someone and want some one to talk to the manager Stephanie is a nice person to talk to. One thing i recommend is to overlook the Dr's broken English. His English is good enough to communicate, he may stutter a bit but he knows what he is doing so please do not let xenophobia scare you from this wonderful dentist.. Overall the staff are warm and friendly towards you.
Pricing:
The prices he offers are a bit lower then what i have seen especially if you go to an orthodontist for braces, or oral surgeon. The question is what dentist and orthodontist are not expensive these days. If you want the best service for the dollar this is the place to go.
Overall Experience:
Dr.Shih provided excellent care and service while i was under his care for my wisdom teeth removal, and braces(both were painless). In comparison to all the dentist that have taken care of my teeth, Dr.Shih is by far the best. dentist i have gone to.

This dentist did not explain to me all the options available to me. He wanted to do IMPLANT only, at an outrageous price. I went to another dentist for root canal at one quater of the price and it has been fine for ~5 years.

I am satisfied with the work that Dr. Shih worked on me for the past 10 years. Dental implant, root canal,...etc. You name it. He is indeed an experienced dentist with exceptional gentle and artistic hands and is an honest dentist. I am glad to write this testimonial review for him and wish other people can experience the good dental care, too. One word here: Thank you. Dr. Shih! You are great!
By the way, I like his office, too. It is like to walk into a spa, Feeling relaxing and clean. I know it is not easy to find a dental office like his in my area. I always feel safe and relaxing when I receive my care over there. I am a five star person and I felt that I deserve my five star treatemnt.
About Hygienist: Dorth and Ramune. Both are wonderful hygienists with the up-to-date knowledge like Dr. Shih.
