The first time I visited Dr. Burrough's office, he patiently listened to the problems that I had, then provided an evaluation accordingly. I searched around for many other dentists prior, who all seemed too busy to pay attention. Each visit I have with Dr. Burroughs is relaxed and thorough.
His staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The facilities is very clean and maintained, although some equipment is older (but still in good working condition). They are also very good with emergency visits and are very accommodating.
Dr. Burroughs has had his license revoked before, but I dug around before my first visit and found that it was due to something unrelated to dentistry, so I still gave him a try. I figured that it beared little importance as long as it didn't impact my dental care, and if he was a good dentist. So far, he has only provided good dental care and really does care about his patients.
I did not give the highest marks for treatment success only because I have a reoccurring problem that I am also seeing a periodontist about.
