Unprofessional and incompetent, Dr. was not always present for appointments. Excuses were made that the office was unable to make contact to notify and reschedule. Receptionist whose qualifications were unknown did the wax try-on for a partial which did not fit. Questionable billing practices. Do not to give anyone in this office any personal financial information beyond dental insurance. Better yet, don't get involved with this practice in any way.
