DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
This is the most unorganized, unethical practice I have ever had experience with!
I was told by my dental insurance and by the dental receptionist that my insurance was accepted at his practice.
I was looking forward to meeting the Dr. and also being treated by the Dr. because of great reviews from other patients.
I was seen by Dr. Conrad Magno and was given a proposed treatment plan totaling $6,700!!! I was told that my insurance would only cover $1,000 of this total bill.
I contacted my insurance to make sure I was not getting mislead and they give me a detailed list of services covered and member payment responsibilities.
I added it all up and I was only responsible for $1,870.
When I contacted Dr. Magno office to let them know of the discrepancy I was told they no longer accepted the HMO dental insurance that I carry!!! I was there 2 weeks ago and was not notified of this removal of HMO insurance!!!
The assistant let me speak to Dr. Conrad Magno who simply said "time is money" you should switch to a PPO!!!
I am extremely disappointed in their services provided, their lack of honesty and unethical practice!
Please don't waste your time. He is a money hungry dentist who is just looking to make a $.

Dr. Magno and his staff at Distinctive Dentistry are awesome!! When searching for a new dentist, I wanted someone with personality, current training and education, and a convenient location and hours. I found exactly what I was looking for at Distinctive Dentistry. Not only is the office atmosphere friendly and welcoming, the professionalism of Dr. Magno and his staff was evident from the moment I walked in the door. My wife and son are now patients of Dr. Magno and I will continue to recommend Distinctive Dentistry to other family and friends.

Dr Conrad Magno of Distinctive Dentistry of Naperville is one of the kindest and most professional dentist I have even dealt with. He cleaned my teeth and performed a periodontal cleaning that left me with almost no pain and a much healthier gum line.
