I went to the dental clinic for regular check up. They took standard x-rays during my first visit, and when I mentioned pain in my jaw, Dr Lakhani looked at the standard x-rays and told me that I have TMJ. I got a night guard that he recommended. It was not fitted accurately by him, and made my pain even worse. When I went back to him after wearing the guard for about a week, he did not show up for the appointment - the excuse was he was stuck in traffic. I was waiting in the office for about 45 mins and only when I started to lose my patience and getting a little annoyed, did they tell me this. Another dentist came to see me, and looked at the guard, and said that it was not fitted well and that's the reason for the pain. She did something, but still it lead to nothing.
It has been the worst experience in my life!
