Worst service ever !!! Think before you go , this place will fool you. I went there thru group-on where they have deal for full invisalign for $2,999 but the dentist charged me $4,000 dollar instead and I had to pay all of them at front . Me and My insurance had very hard time dealing with them. My insurance reimbursed some of the money to them to give back to me and they would get irritated when they had to give my money back and they would even get irritated whenever I had to visit them for changing invisalign . They said I will be done in 1 yr and after 1 year I realized my teeth wasn't straight and they made some gap between my teeth. So, I told them to fix the gap they made and they said it will cost me more money.I had to pay them $300 again to fix the mistake they did . I was forced to pay because it was related to my teeth. I gave them $4000 to straighten my teeth but after 1 year my teeth was not straight and they charged me more to straight my teeth. And here I am after 2 years ,my teeth aren't so straight as I hoped. I am very much disappointed. I feel like I threw my money in water. If you planning to do invisalign then go somewhere else , in this price you will get a good service with straight teeth.

poor diagnostic skills and inadequate treatment management. Could not make the diagnosis of a tooth abscess and need for a root canal on a fractured tooth. Instead placed a crown on a non-salvageable molar tooth that otherwise needed an Extraction to begin with.
Poor patient skills. Office staff is no better, failed to returned phone calls for days.
I sought a second opinion, tooth was extracted because it was non-salvageble, even though Harper had placed temporary crown and a permanent crown planned for next follow-up.
Kim Harper failed to refund for the pre-paid crown that I never needed after the extraction by another dentist.

Dr. Harper is very pleasant. All my troubles are with front office staff and making future appointments. Each time I try to make appointment for next visit as I am leaving, I have been refused and told I will get email. Never get. So when I phone, they then try to schedule me 3 months out. After 3 time I am so done with them.

Dr. Harper has state-of-the-art equipment and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. When I arrive for an appointment, I have always been seen immediately with little or no wait. My experience with Dr. Harper has been for fillings, crowns, and a root canal, and I have had no problems with any of the procedures. She is patient and responsive to any concerns I might have. She also has a friendly and fun assistant that makes me feel very much at ease. I have had some unpleasant experiences with dentists in the past, but none with Dr. Harper. I highly recommend her services.
