I can't give this ortho a single star. I took my son to this office on May 9, 2011. The staff took my co pay and took pictures and xrays of my sons mouth/bite to be submitted to Dental Quest to see if they would cover braces, I was told that it could take a while to hear an answer and I would be contacted once they knew. Well it has been almost a year with me hearing nothing so I called the office for a status. First I was told that there was no file for my son at the office and that the manager probably had it (HIPPA violation), oh and the manager was out untill monday (almost a week). The receptionist suggested that I call Dental Quest directly to get the status, which I did only to find out that they never even submitted the claim as they were supposed too. Of course no one in the office knows anything or can do anything and again wait till monday. I can't comment on the Dr. Whitesman because of his incompetent staff we never got that far.
