I am very disappointed and would not recommend anyone go to that clinic. My 4-years old had filling done with Dr. Holt a few months ago. He had complained about having pain with one of the tooth that had the filling done for a couple of months. When we visited his office, we were seen by another dentist in his office and she said that tooth needs to be extracted and we need to pay $100 first to book the appointment for the extraction. I called Dr. Holt's office since he is the one who performed the filling; his staff told me that I need to pay $48 to see Dr. Holt to evaluate to see if the tooth needs to be extracted. I asked them to have Dr. Holt give me a call to discuss my concerns. The next day one of the staff called me back saying that tooth needs to be extracted. When I asked how could this happened, Dr. Holt did filling for that tooth only a few months ago, now it has to be extracted. She said only 90% of the tooth filling is effective. If the filling can not fix the tooth, it will need to be extracted. The staff is very aggressive and rude and keep saying they didnt do anything wrong. I will never put my kids for any treatment with that office again.
