I called Dr. Dernick because I had a dental emergency since I was not able to get in with my regular dentist right away. He was able to fit me into the schedule right away even though I was not one of his patients. He did a great job with his work, was very gentle, and very kind. I will definitely come back and recommend my friends and family to him as well.

About Front Desk: The front desk ladies were very nice and professional over the phone and when I got to the office. They also made me feel very comfortable since I tend to get a little nervous.

Painless! I had a filling and a tooth extraction. The staff is very nice and professional.

Not a good place. Dentist has bad breath. the billing lady is a joke. she will eat her own words.

About Front Desk: NEED TO GET EDUCATED on how to treat pople. very rude!

About Hygienist: Very sweet! You should leave this practice. You don't fit in with these horrid people.

I had my teeth cleaned, a crown prep, and a filling replacement. There was absolutely NO PAIN for any of the treatments and procedures. Dr. Dernick is really good with the needle. I felt just a slight pinch. It wasn't bad at all. He has excellent bedside manners and made me feel at ease from the start. They accept pretty much all insurance. The facilities are up to date with the latest technology. Both the hygienist and Dr. Dernick were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had and they took their time with me. They are also really nice and genuine. I am absolutely thrilled that I finally have a great dentist! His work is fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone.

About Hygienist: Heather, the hygienist, was extremely meticulous and did an EXCELLENT job cleaning my teeth. I have a lingual bar, and she did a great job cleaning that area. She has great manners and is one of the most gentile hygienists I've ever been to.
