Dr. Miller is extremely unprofessional and rude. I would avoid this dentist at all costs. During my cleaning (performed by him), he chipped my front tooth. When I brought this to his attention, he denied that he had chipped the tooth and stated that my tooth was like that when I arrived. When I asked to have a copy of my records so that I could go to another dentist, he refused. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dentist and I have had an extensive dental history.
About Front Desk: The girl working at the front desk was very nice. She had a look of pure horror as she witnessed the unprofessional behavior of Dr. Miller. At one point she tried to have make him stop speaking to me so rudely by stating that she could take over and help me with my records. I truely feel sorry for this young lady and hope that she can find a new job soon.

I had a tooth extracted by Dr. Richard Miller. He was the first dentist i have ever been to that had such a hard time extracting a tooth. I didn't think he was going to get the tooth out. I had so much pain after the extraction because he was drilling , pulling and squeezing on my jaw and face trying to get my tooth out. His assistant and he talked about drinking and the bars while preparing for the extraction. They were very unprofessional and the exam rooms were very unclean. I then found out that Dr. Miller is on house arrest for DUI. I don,t know if that is true, but i will never go back to him again. It was the worst experience i ever had at a dentist office in my entire life.
