He is a good surgeon but his office management is really lousy. They have no courtesy of returning patient's phone call, even regarding the prescription, sending accounts to collection without informing or mailing balance statements to the patient, hanging up on patient and accussing patient of lying.
Dr. Oka is an excellent surgeon but I will not recommend any one there, no one wants to experience a lousy medical office customer service.
