I went here for a regular cleaning. It had been 6 months since I was seen by my previous dentist and told my teeth "looked great". The only person working at this office was Dr Ross - no receptionist, no hygenist. The place was terrifyingly unclean. The chair was STICKY, RUSTED, the light was broken, the tools not connected, nowhere to spit or rinse. She used other tools on a wheel cart she brought from behind me, so I wonder how sanitary they were. There were multiple open bottles of some sort of solution all over the place. There was crap everywhere. It was so gross!!! Dr Ross proceeded to tell me I needed a cavity replaced, and a deep scrape requiring anesthesia, and that I had a cavity in my front tooth. Unbelievable that I was having my first cavity in over 20 years and that my teeth looked great just 6 months prior. However, with all those problems, miss friendly didn't attempt to make me any followup appointments! Maybe she could tell I didn't buy it. This was the first dentist I've ever gone to where I wondered if dentists get inspected for cleanliness, and if there's a place to report filthy conditions. I think this place could be in violation of some standards.

She is experienced, professional, and takes my Federal Metlife insurance! Much better than those who refuse to deal with insurance.
