Pathetic behavior towards a little child:
I had heard good reviews about Dr. Rebecca Keller, and hence I made an appointment for my two boys to see her. I took them for their appointment straight after school. My little one is 9 years old, and he was a bit tired, and a bit anxious while he was laying on the bed getting checked by Dr. Keller.
He was a bit restless I guess, and he closed his mouth a couple times as he didn’t want to gasp. He was a bit stressed and anxious too as I have mentioned already. Again this is only a 9 year old child.
Dr. Keller stopped checking him in mid-session and turned around and announced that she was getting frustrated and won’t be able to continue checking him.
She said this in front of my 9-year-old, and her assistant, and my 15 year old who were also in the room.
I was shocked and in disbelief.
Who does that? That too a medical professional attending to a child?
Dr. Keller was not only rude, insensitive, but she also exhibited unprofessionalism in her behavior.
I called my pediatric dentist office and told them about my experience with Dr. Keller.
I will NEVER recommend her to anyone I know, ever.
I’m not sure if she was tired or had a bad day. But to do what she did to a small child.

Amazing orthodontist- warm, caring, professional, yet fun. Awesome staff- great team work- respectful of each other. Great communication skills. I am an adult patient and had a great result, and experience with Dr. Keller. I highly recommend Dr. Keller to young and adult patients!

My son went to 3 other orthodontists for evaluations. I was most pleased with Dr. Keller because she was the most caring, invested a lot of time during the consultation and treatment cost included everthing including retention. Her approach was the most individualized I had heard and my sons smile is amazing. Well worth it!

What a stressful experience! this orthodontist has a big ego and does not communicate with their patient in an open fashion.
I had my initial consultation last Oct. and it went well. Having examined my x-rays and study model (the mold), Dr. Keller presented me two options. I took the one she preferred at first. Then we got a second opinion from another orthodontist, who suggested we went with the other option based on the diagnostic studies he did for free. (Dr Keller asked for $500 to do the diagnostic studies.) I went back to Dr. Keller with the diagnostic model and hoped she would respect my choice of the other option. Her office manager received me and showed the diagnostic model to Dr Keller. Guess what I got after 2 minutes? Dr. Keller asked her office manager to tell me that she does not wish to continue my treatment. Just like that! She did not even bother explaining to me in person why she suddenly made this decision! Just two days ago i was in talk with her staff about scheduling the next appointment.
This is not the way to treat people! Although I understood to an extent why she did not want to take the other option, the least she can do is to respect other people as she wishes others to respect her!

We just love the beautiful smile that Dr Keller and hortin give our daughter and now # 4 daughter has started braces. The office is a funny place for the patients to go and very relaxing.

we love the job she & horton have done for us.... the best ortho proffessional you could ever choose... worth every penny ......plus my kids love her!!!!
