After multiple overbilling problems, and mis-filed claims (submitting with the incorrect patient name to insurance company) resulting in denials from the insurer, and being disappointed with the behind-desk service of this office, our family has decided to no longer visit this dentist. Years ago, it was a different story. But their office is disorganized, and the frequent hassles are consuming too much of our time to deal with.
The quality of the work of these dentists (including Krupa) is acceptable, but they don't keep it together on the paperwork side of things. And worst of all, they don't apologize when they make a mistake.
