Spent 6 months going through the process of having dentures made, including 7 office visits, and now the office staff says the dentures are still at the lab, but the lab says they don't have the dentures, and they sent it back because Dr Portalatin was not paying them for their services, as agreed........It is absolutely appalling that Dr Portalatin's office now says they don't have the dentures, but where are they.......I am a professional, having to endure an appearance with no top teeth....... These horrible people are ruining my life....... Do NOT go to them, as they are tremendously untrustworthy...........

really worked with me during my invisalign treatment and allowed me to finance through him directly. really nice guy.

I do not recommend Dr. Portalatin. I went to him for the first time when moving to NYC. I am 25 years old and have never had any problems with my teeth, nor any cavities. He told me I had 3 cavities that were very small and invisible on the x-rays, but that he could "feel them" with his tool. No other dentist has told me I have cavities. I don't think you can trust this dentist.
