Pain and cost chair-side manner office staff poorly and unprofessional. I would recommend Dr. Thomas E. Rollins or North Coast Dental in Maple hts Ohio. Rude and very unprofessional. I am so embraced that i went there and i am so sick at this time from dental work at North Coast and I looked like Mr. ED and hate my dental experience with Dr. Rollins. He started out nice and now he has changed over years to rude and unprofessional and old, needs to retire right now.
About Front Desk: Diane at Front desk is very rude and unprofessional. She talks about patients with the dentist and techs. i am so embrace that i went there.

I went in for a root canal at North Coast Dental. The cost was cheapest in the area, I joined the Super Saver club which cost around $50 and you get a check up, cleaning, x-rays, and 20% off services for a year. I set up the appointment requesting gas as I am a nervous patient. When I arrived for my appointment, Dr. Rollins told me they didn't do that there. When paying afterwards, I had to have the receptionist remove a charge for the gas from my bill. She asked why I didn't get it so obviously it was available. Dr. Rollins also treated me a like a junkie when I asked him if I needed to take any pain medication and begrudgingly gave me a prescription for a two day supply of ibuprofen.
