The dental staff at this office is wonderful and my children ages 2 and 4 love going for their cleanings. The office lobby is stocked with toys and a kid's movie is always playing on the television. Dr. Michelle and the assistants are great they speak to the kids in a very friendly way and continuously praise them and tell them that they are doing a great job. That being said, I was spoken to so rudely by a woman named Eve in the office today that I will likely not return. She claimed to be the office manager and refused to let me speak with anyone else in the office regarding the way in which she spoke to me and said it was the policy of the office that the dentists would not "get involved in these types of matters." As wonderful as the office is it is not worth being disrespected by the office staff.

My four year old daughter is not very comfortable with Dr. Tiberia. She was very scared for a simple checkup.
My daughter was very enjoying the visit in her dental office at beginning. She was curious about everything. However, Dr. Tiberia seems not very experienced with little child. She did not get the kids trust before working on her. My daughter got scared immediately when Dr. Tiberia started to adjust the seat. She cried very badly all the time during the checkup even though it was just a few minutes. She did not get her teeth cleaned (we originally planed to just get her teeth cleaned).
Dr. Tiberia is also a little pushy. My daughter has a few cavity teeth. She recommended a relatively complicated procedure, including sedation. She did not take time to explain to us why it is really necessary. My daughter is only four year old. We dont know if we can wait for another year. We are afraid that my daughter will be frightened if we go for the procedure since she will be still conscious after the sedation.

After taking my child to two other specialists, I finally follwed my friend's advice and saw Dr. Michelle. Patient, caring and knowledgable, yet strong and no-nonsense. Our first visit was brief but informative and Kelly finished all of her work in two visits. I was so nervous that she needed medicine to get her work done, but she did a great job. Dr. Michelle explained everything before she did it, and also kept Kelly from acting up. I am so happy we came here and Kelly is so excited to go for her check up! I never thought that would happen!
