I had a dental related problem arise after not seeing a dentist for many years. The staff at Smiles on Sandy was able to see me within one business day and I was in the office getting x-rays before I finished my new patient paperwork. Dr. Jon Daby went through the thorough examination very efficiently and with a good level of explanation to keep me comfortable. The recommended treatment plan was flexible, easy to understand and all my questions were answered.

Went to Dr. Daby's old office in Lake Oswego. Needed some dental work. Could not do it for technical reasons at the time. Rescheduled at a later time and then fouind out he had left the practice. No warnings. And no offer for followup care either at his old practice or new practice. Now I have to find a new dentist. That is poor patient relations.
