My very good friend recommended me Dr. Mitchell and I am grateful that I have found her!
I've met many dentists in my life due to my relocation all over the place that I always had to find new dentist. Before Dr.Mitchell every dentist was horrible. I been so sick of looking for a new dentist because I've been let down so many times but I can say that Dr.Mitchell relieved all my stress. She did two of my crowns and her work was amazing. She has very steady hands and pain free of course.
Another thing that I thought was amazing was that she always made sure that my lips didn't get dry and applied Vaseline. Who does that? I've never met any dentist that cares about my lips getting dry or handing me a tissue when my face get wet from any procedure.
She is such an genuine person and can talk about anything. She would answer any question whenever I had a problem. She is just an amazing person and does great work. I would recommend her to anyone and I wish I could still see her and keep her as my permanent dentist....unfortunately I had to move again now I am in Hawaii and once again hopeless. I never had any bad experience with her. To anyone in Illinois, theres no dentist better than Dr.Mitchell.
About Hygienist: Dr. Mitchell always made sure that I felt absolutely clean. No pain, always made me feel relaxed.

Wow! Talk about a great dental experience! This place is top notch from the moment you walk in the door. It's a great atmosphere, they know who you are and take care of everything. Don't worry about submitting anything to your insurance company--they do that, too. Sit back and watch TV snuggled under a blanket and enjoy the hot rolled towel to freshen up when you're done. It's not cheap, but worth every penny.

I went in to see Margaret this week. She as well as the other people in her office were very pleasant to deal with. She had an excellent manner that kept any anxiety i may have had to a minimum. Also answered all my questions and seemed above par competent and genuinely interested in helping.
The guy at the front desk was very helpful with looking up my insurance and all.
The one problem I had is somehow between the last couple years i managed to rack up 19 cavities (!) and the cost was predicted at $4000 (with normal silver amalgams). This seems rather steep, but I'm really clueless whether that kind of price is normal or not.

Dr. Mitchell is not cheap. You get what you pay for. She's first class all the way from the minute you walk in. Office with a view, doesn't 'smell' like anticeptics, flavored nitrous, listen to music or watch satelite TV on a personal flat screen while she works away at your teeth and gums. You won't want to leave. If you can afford her, she's the best there is.
