Dr Johnson has provided my three daughters with wonderful care. He usually suggests a phased approach to orthodontics which can be more expensive than other options but all other aspects of his office and service make it a top choice. Well trained staff with many lon term employees. The office is very modern with video monitors at each station. There is a game room for the children to utilize when waiting for their appointments. They will easily accomodate drop in appointments to deal with broken wires or other issues. They do not accept many insurance plans so the full cost is usually absorbed by the patient unless youy have the rare, top of the line dental insurance. But, you get what you pay for these days. One of my daugthers favorite experiences was the limo ride provided to new patients that celebrate their braces being removed after pahse one. My daughter was allowed to invite a friend who joined her on the ride from the office to her school. They sipped apple cuider and walked into their class room carring flowers. we are in the process of moving to walnut creek and have begun the search for orthodntic services that will be closer to home. When we informed Dr Johnson's office of this change, they were great
