Very unprofessional. She does her scheduling by texting her own patients and cancels them the day before.

I started coming to this dental office in 2003 and I have had a great experience everytime. It is a bit difficult to call in and get an appointment, but the denttist does all of the work and is very helpful. I had a lot of work done and she made sure that I paid on a payment plan with no interest and when I lapsed in payment for three months she reduced the cost and gave me time to get on my feet. The office is small and right downtown, but it is clean. It is not someplace where you go when you have to get somewhere within an hour. The staff is friendly and accomadating, but the real star is the dentist not the staff. I would say that overall the dentist is very helpful and great, the staff is nice enough, but you have to sometimes call two or three times to get an appointment eventhough you are given three telephone numbers and the service is a bit slow, but I have referred several of my friends to this office and we love the doctor and feel comfortable with her so we dont mind the wait.
Dr. Manning is also open on Sat. which is very helpful.

The Dr. was fine, but the receptionist/assistant was truly awful. I have never been treated more rudely, except maybe by a disgruntled bus driver. I also had an extremely long wait, over an hour, just for a cleaning, and the office was empty. In addition, the office is inside an apartment building, which you cannot get into without being buzzed in, and the dentist's phone number was not listed on the call box outside. So the entire experience was a hassle.

Very poor receptionist -- called and could barely understand her, and there were screaming children in the background. Chose not to receive services.
