The office itself is nice, with personal flat-screen tvs at each station. I wasn't entirely confident in their assessment of my teeth; it was hard to know if they were being truthful or just trying to charge me more, especially since they found the same thing in both my husband and myself. I will go back, however, if they agree to just do what I want and what my insurance allows and what fits my budget.
