I never write reviews, but upon cruising the internet, I found my dental office and felt it needed a shout out. I have been a patient at Dr. Field's office for many years and have recommended him to everyone that has asked for a dentist (they have all been extremely pleased and always thank me :-). Dr. Field is by far the most gentle and professional dentist I have ever had. He is always cheerful and always gives his patients the time and professional treatment. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Fields worked on my wife's tooth and told her she needed a cavity filled. We did that and paid $400 for the service. Her tooth continued to hurt and she went in again only to have them say they made a mistake and she needed a crown which would be another $900. When we offered to pay for that work they refused saying it had to go through our insurance pre-approval which would take 30 days. Even though we offered to pay for it ourselves they refused to even make an appointment. When I called and told them they would loose two patients they said "Find another dentist we don't care." Clearly they don't.
About Hygienist: I actually found her to be very good, the doctor and staff though are not.

The office is clean, large and modern. The staff is very friendly and reassuring. Explained insurance coverage.

Very nice people...but the office manager seems to be somewhat of an evil, terrible human being, which renders her somewhat incompetent. I would recommend the dentists, but be prepared to deal with this grouchy, cranky, mean-spirited woman.

Dr. Field is very nice and gentle. The front office staff are friendly and helpful. Very nice offices. As good a dental experience can be!
