This was my first visit to Dr. Grillo. I required seals for 2 recent root canals.
My appointment was scheduled promptly.
I was extremely impressed with the entire experience from the e-mail contact by Vanessa; the warm greeting I received when I arrived at the office; to the entire process regarding my treatment received from Dr. Grillo.
Dr. Grillo was very honest. Explained all aspects of the procedure. He adjusted my bite. he truly listened to my desire needs.
Additionally, Dr. Grillo was not trying to force procedures that I did not need at this time. I truly appreciated his honesty.
There was no discussion or trying to be swayed into having 2 new dental crowns made.
At the end of the visit Dr. Grillo wanted me to return to actually have my new patient consultation with him. He did suggest a full set of dental x-rays which I needed.
It was a "peace of mind" visit for me.
I have a complicated medical/dental history and require highly specialized care geared to my personal requirements.
The entire visit was very calming for me.
I know I have found a wonderful Prosthodontist for my dental needs.

Dr. Grillo is very professional, caring, and friendly. He takes time to carefully explain the work required and the expected results. He is clearly an expert at his work and very dedicated to his patients. i have had cosmetic work on my front teeth that now look better than ever and better than I expected. I have also had multiple crowns and restorative work. Success has been 100%.

Dr. Grillo is a perfectionist and will work harder than any to get it right. He takes personal pride in his work, which translates to quality work in your mouth. Venessa, his office manager is the best...great with follow up and checking in to see how you are doing. Mary J.

Dianna, the assistant is very calming and professional.
Dr. Grillo is painless, a perfectionist and just a very nice person. My final results were beyond excellent.

This is the most caring, careful, and smart dentist that I have ever seen. Dr. Grillo really works with you to get the best results no matter how difficult your situation is. He always takes time to discuss your options. He probably saved my life by detecting cancer very early. He was there for me in the difficult time after surgery. Dr. Grillo is also very effective in collaborating with other specialists in the field.

The assistant Judy was rude and very difficult to deal with. She would force the x-ray device in your mouth and then try to force your mouth shut over it. VERY PAINFULL. Dr. Grillo was very professional and the rest of the staff was great. He was very informative and thorough. The front-desk receptionist was friendly and the office was comfortable and state-of-the-art. The overall experience would have been perfect if his assistant Judy was not there.
