Issue #2: They will LIE to you so you have to purchase THEIR PRESCRIPTION MOUTH RINSE for in-home use.
After my first visit, they told me that I needed to use their "special formulary" mouth rinse that they "prepare themselves"... it cost $10 a bottle. Interesting thing, this bottle was factory sealed... and... the SAME formulary, SAME manufacturer, and SAME quantity was available (by prescription) from my neighborhood Wal-mart for $3. HEATHER JUST LIED TO ME.
On my second visit, when Heather said I needed to purchase another TWO bottles of their mouth rinse, I had ask for a written prescription instead. Heather (the front desk clerk) told me, again, it was a special formulary and they prepare it themselves... but she would check and I would need to come back later for the prescription. I returned two hours later, got the prescription, got it filled at the pharmacy... and the bottles are EXACTLY THE SAME... down to the NDC # !

Dr. Hill operates a good office. My billing was always satisfactory. If you want Cadillac treatment, go elsewhere. If there is a negative, its with a slightly diminished communication skill between patient and Dr. Hill. Yes I recommend him as a good average dentist.

Friendly and efficient staff. This office knows me by name after my previous dentist didnt know me after 15 years. My dental health has improved dramatically since moving to this dental office. I have had fillings and root canal work done by Dr. Hill.
About Hygienist: Thorough pain free cleaning. Excellant advice on preventive care and follow-ups on progress.

Ok, this is for the person who gave this office a bad review. I have to totally disagree because they took outstanding care of me before I deployed overseas. I have been exposed to some really intense situations and the work I had done is holding up very good! There always seems to be one person who is always complaining if things are just not perfect for them. Dr. Hill & Staff you all have done good by me. RC

Although Dr. Hill seems to be a good dentist his practice is off to a bad start. His staff for billing purposes consists of one woman who is the worst at customer service that I have ever seen.I went to this dentist because of location and a coupon that advertised $50 off any dental procedure or treatment. I made initial appt. and provided my dental ins. info.I was told I needed to have 8 cavaties redone because of shoddy work by previous dentist that I was unaware of.I made 2nd appt for the upper left quadrant and was worried about cost because he uses resin which is more expensive. After he did 2 fillings I was charged $215.00 for a bill that was $324.My statement showed that I had a $50 credit from the coupon.I asked if that was correct with insurance and the lady said yes.It turns out that ins. paid them $219.20 and when I called to ask why I was overcharged and to ask for my $ to be credited back I was put on hold and told that they would only credit back $110 which would not include my $50 credit. So this lady has the audacity to overcharge me by more that $100 and then refuse to use my coupon because I wanted the overcharge to be refunded.Very shady considering that she knew how worried I was about cost.
