He is the most caring and competent dentist I have every known. He has done fillings, caps, bridges, etc. All of which have been done with great care. His Manager Lisa is also very caring. Receptionist could have a better personality. I would definately recommend Dr. Holloway to anyone.

I've had an inlay put in, my mother had a crown done and my wife had cavities filled. The facilities, staff, and dentist are all fine, though one cavity of my wife's had to be refilled twice because it was in a tricky spot and fell out. He redid it free. Decent dentist on several plans.
About Hygienist: Hygienist is a bit rough but also fine.

He is truly a great dentist; unfortunately I'm out of work, so I haven't been able to pay my last bill, but I want to say he is great, please give him your business....

The dentistry here is mediocre while the customer service is atrocious. I once waited an hour for a cleaning and was then told that there had been some sort of mix-up, that the hygienist was no longer available to see me and that I would have to rebook. The hygienist and the receptionist then had a loud argument in front of me about whose fault the mix-up was. Another time, I waited an hour to the see the dentist after the receptionist told me he was still with the last patient. When I finally saw the dentist and mentioned the delay, he told me that he had not been with a patient and that no one had told him I was there. I was assured by the dentist that my experience was not typical, but six months later I arrived for my appointment on the correct date and was told that my appointment was in the computer for the following week. The receptionist then told me that another employee had put in the computer wrong and that this other employee "does that all the time."

The Dentist cancled the appointment about 30 minutes before I was scheduled. I was told I could still see the hygenist,or reschedule the entire appointment about 4-6 months in the future. The hygenist hardly spoke to me, even though I mentioned I was a nervous patient. I felt like I was at a tooth cleaning factory, the cleaning was quick, painful and didn't even feel clean at the end of the visit.
Twice I have tried to reschedule and been told that it was too late in the day and they had already shut down their computer or simply, that I needed to call back some other time.
Really bad customer service, really bad cleaning- and I never even saw the dentist.
